Holly Richardson Holly was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1998 and left her career in 2000 due to her illness.  She was Vice-President for JMFamily Enterprises and two of their primary companies, JM&A Group and World Omni Financial responsible for Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Marketing.  Prior to JM, Holly managed 9 sales and recruitment offices for Olsten Staffing Services, a National Temporary Staffing firm.  Holly’s overall career was shaped at Citicorp/Citibank where she enjoyed 13 successful years managing 17 Consumer, Mortgage and Investment Bank Branches throughout Florida.  At the age of 20, she became a licensed Real Estate Broker and opened her own Commercial Real Estate Office. At 16 she worked full-time as an overseas telephone operator for AT&T on the night shift and went to high school during the day. Holly has a Graduate Degree in Retail Bank Management from UVA and the Consumer Bankers Association along with a variety of other program achievements and business certifications.  Throughout her career she traveled nationally and internationally and now works towards leveraging her professional and business knowledge by mentoring and coaching others.  Close Window
