With more than 25 years of experience practicing law in the state of Florida, Mr. Martin has been representing developers and lending institutions since the 1970s. Mr. Martin is the developer of more than 2,000 units in the South Florida area totaling more than one billion dollars in gross sales. Mr. Martin is also actively involved in several civic, charity and business organizations including the Performing Arts Center (Board of Trustees Member), South Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Board of Trustees Member), Urban Land Institute (Member), the Concert Association of South Florida (Board of Trustees Member), Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (Member), and the University of Florida's Law School (Board of Trustees Member).
